my philosophy and approach to helping

I provide a non-judgmental space which allows you to process experiences, emotions, and life difficulties. I’ll offer support, skills and feedback. But in the end, it’s about taking what you learn in session and incorporating it into your day to day life to see real change.

Areas of special interest

“The only constant in life is change” – Heraclitus

Change is always happening within us and around us…growth happens in the folds of change. I enjoy working with individuals on their journey of self discovery, with people who find themselves seeking a more authentic way of living. In the process people learn how to reconnect, accept and love their true selves by working through unresolved events, letting go of any expectations that no longer ring true and creating a whole and empowered life.

Therapeutic Approaches

I enjoy the collaborative relationship that private practice provides. I blend conventional and alternative therapeutic techniques and modalities, tailoring each approach to what will be the most helpful for each client.

I became certified in Cognitive Processing Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy at the Department of Veteran Affairs. I also had an amazing opportunity to obtain my certification in Past Life Regression Therapy from Dr. Brain Weiss.

I am level 1 and 2 trained in Clinical Hypnosis through the American Society of Clinical Hypnosis. I am also trained in Meditation, Mindfulness, Shadow Work, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I will begin my training in Brainspotting in early 2024.
