Co-founders Dana Pennington and Jenee Thorsell began as colleagues, quickly becoming trusted partners who shared a vision for something deeper than traditional therapy. They created a practice rooted not only in clinical skill, but in genuine care, presence, and connection.
Each member of our team brings a unique energy to the work. Dana offers steady, practical guidance, helping clients build tools that create stability and confidence in everyday life. Jenee brings a reflective, intuitive presence, gently guiding clients toward insight, clarity, and meaningful internal change. Jenny’s work is grounded in empowerment and affirmation, supporting women, mothers, and queer individuals as they strengthen their voice, explore identity, and reconnect with their inherent worth through thoughtful, evidence-based care.
